Good stay overall!

We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. The pool looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to swim. The rooms were a bit outdated, but alright. One thing though, the shower gel wasn’t great, so pack your own. I wished the restaurant type food was better, had a not-so-great steak dinner.

The stay was comfortable with a clean and modern room. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism, helping with my business needs efficiently. I particularly appreciated the well-equipped business center which facilitated my presentations seamlessly.

No notable issues encountered during the stay.

Beds and pillows lack comfort, making it difficult for light sleepers to rest well. Connected doors between rooms allowed noise from the neighboring guest to seep through, which disrupted sleep despite otherwise decent sound management. Room service had inconsistent hours, complicating late-night meal options. The area could be a bit noisy with the occasional rambunctious guest echoing down the hall.

Family friendly, highly recommend

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They even gave my kids special treat bags upon arrival, which lit up their faces!

It was a bit pricey, but worth the experience.

Our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the thoughtful touches for families, like the 'Very Important Kid' wristbands and activity packs for my children at check-in. The staff were incredibly engaging during breakfast, making it a fun experience for the kids as they customized their pancakes. The room was modern and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. One area for improvement is to add mini-fridges in the rooms for added convenience.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. The bathroom was clean with free toiletries, and the shower worked well. The fitness centre was a nice bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety including hot and cold options, and free kids' meals were a hit. Staff were really kind and attentive, adding to the experience.

great access to parks and stadium for leisurely walks

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the close proximity to Cintra Park, which was perfect for leisurely strolls, and the convenience of being just over a kilometer from Madejski Stadium, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff were friendly, and check-in was quick, which made everything feel even more welcoming.

Solo traveler needs a comfy place

The breakfast was pretty good, pretty nice selection, fresh stuff, you know. Plus, the gym was excellent, got a good range of machines that I used a couple of times.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.

We had a wonderful stay with our five teenagers at this hotel. The check-in staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Plus, the modern room was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space to relax after visiting the nearby Queen's Walk, where we enjoyed some great performances.

My kids wished there were more activities for teens available to keep them entertained during downtime.

super stay. the staff were amazin, especially the head waiter in the restaurant. he went above and beyond to make us comfy and keep our kids entertained. the rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. would defo stay again.
